We fit full-cassette systems with integrated wind sensors as standard — important in Essex given how exposed the gardens are. All motors are Somfy; fabrics are Sunbrella or Dickson acrylics with a 5-year colourfastness guarantee.
New-build estates in Brentwood, Basildon and the Dunton Hills corridor tend toward wide-span rear elevations with mixed brick and render — ideal for a 4.5m full-cassette awning with drop valance. Rural-Essex barn conversions and farmhouse extensions in the Rodings, the Colne Valley and around Dedham often need custom colour-matching to fit listed or conservation settings. We colour-match to BS or RAL on request.

Yes. Composite and render walls need a specific fixing approach — usually a timber or steel spreader bar behind the cassette. Our surveyor will photograph the wall construction and confirm the fixing spec in writing before manufacture.
4–6 weeks from deposit to fitted. Survey typically within a week of enquiry, manufacture takes 3–4 weeks, fit is scheduled within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse.
